The small percentage of Americans and people worldwide who understand the science, technological mechanics and potential of the HAARP facility are far and in between.
HAARP, which is an acronym for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It was designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT) and its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. The HAARP program operates a major sub-arctic facility, named the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force–owned site near Gakona, Alaska.
The covert use of weather modification is the “climate change” we should fear most.
HAARP has long been speculated to be the culmination of eclectic research on electromagnetic radiation done by Nikola Tesla who died on January 7th, 1943.
